Ehinger Impianti is specialised in dry grinding of ceramic materials.

Dry grinding allows following advantages:

• There is no need to dry the material, thus saving thermic and electric energy.
• It is possible to obtain classified products in defined grain sizes.
• The process is completely automatic, without manual operations, but only with an occasional supervision.

We can obtain following products:

• Micronised powders: 0 - 75 mm
  0 - 45 mm
  0 - 20 mm
  0 - 10 mm
  0 - 5 mm
• Micrograins in regular ranges between 75 - 500 mm, max. 1000 mm

Components in contact with the material to be ground, are built in ceramic material or anyway in a very abrasion-resistant material: this allows the production of powders or grains without metal contamination. The system is completely automatic, and does not require supervision. For the grinding of wet materials, it is possible to dry and grind them simultaneously, by using thermic energy coming from the grinding process, with possible aid of warm gas.
